Internet down - lights on WiFi and arrows flashing green hub 3.0

Internet down - lights on WiFi and arrows flashing green this has now been going on for 8 hours and has been intermittent for a few days now.

Call up virgin this could be a fault in your area or a issue within your house with the cable/Cable modem they will send out a engineer if nessesary to fix the problem 🙂 other then that have you tried resetting it to factory defaults? and turning it off and leaving it off for 30 mins-1 hour and turning it back on again

Thanks for the response,

 

I did reset the router to factory settings before setting up the post, I called through to Virgin and got an automated message advising there was an issue in my area, here's to hoping the issue has been fixed.
