Internet down/Restart between midnight/1AM

This is the second night where sometime between midnight and 1AM I have lost internet and hat to wait/restart my superhub 3.


I run my SH3 in modem mode and it just seems to have lost internet at this hour last night and now tonight and the lights on the front of my SH3 are green at the bottom and flashing green arrows for a good 5-15 minutes.

It is the time of night when we see maintenance / change events.

I mean it has happened both Friday>Saturday night and Saturday>Sunday night now though and I am always on the internet between these hours for my work.

I guess we will see if it happens again tonight but should I not be notified of anything like this? Does anything look worrying in my power levels/errors that I have got as well? These pictures are from after my internet came back online so maybe I need to look closer at it when its actually down as well.

Have you checked the service status in your area?

This is the only way of checking for maintenance, VM do not send any other form of notification.

Ye I checked both nights at the exact time it went down and 30-60 minutes later and both times it said there is no issues in my area. With the internet only going down for 15-30 minutes I doubt they would log an issue over that.

Sorry to see that you're having issues with your internet going down/restarting around midnight. I've checked our system and everything on your Hub looks to be in spec.

Just to check, as our service page was showing no issues. have you been able to sign into the page to run a fault test with your equipment? Also, does this happen on both wired and wireless connections?
