Internet frequently disconnects, every 2 - 20 minutes.
I am using a wired connection.
I have tried using the command 'ping google.co.uk -t' in the command prompt to track what's happening. Ping is fluctuating between 20ms and 2300ms. The command request times out when the internet drops.
It has been like this for over a month, and we will have to change providers if this is not fixed ASAP
Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages

Hi jackh1998, thanks for the message and sorry for the delayed reply. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the broadband connection. Can you confirm if you are still having issues with this? If so, can you do a broadband quality monitor and post the results please? We look forward to hearing from you. Chris
