Internet disconnected too early

Can someone assist with my issue? I got disconnected, even though we agreed that saturday the 7th will be when the Internet will go off. It went off on Thursday instead.

Use a mobile hot spot for 1 day. VM are not going to reconnect for such a short period.

Pursue a claim for lost of service for the lost days. If this was reversed and you decided to pay them 2 days less than you were due to, they'd have a debt collection agency after you.

Thanks, I had to use my mobile data to hotspot and work from home. Very stressful day today.
