We seem to have very good broadband 70% of the time
Then intermittently throughout the day it just cuts out
It always seems to be around 11am and 3pm
We have tried restarting the router, changing channels with the broadband and nothing has worked
This has happened for around two weeks now and we have no idea what is going on so if anyone could help us that would be great.
Sorry to hear that. Is it happening on both wireless and wired connections and have you checked the service status in the area?
Yes service in the area is saying it is fine
I am currently trying a wired connection - will know soon if it is any better
So yes when its wireless the issue presently
