Internet continually dropping

My Internet is continually dropping on a practically daily basis and when I check there are no issues and everything is working fine.

This has been going on for far too long now and I'm really getting fed up of getting nowhere with you to resolve it.

I managed to get an engineer call out for the issue only the engineer never turned up.

I'd like a resolution to this issue.

I've been a customer for a while but I'm seriously considering going elsewhere.

You came back to me quickly. You realised I needed a new Hub and you arranged for an engineer visit.  All great - right.

Engineer didn't arrive!

What a shocker!
