Internet constantly disconnecting and high packet loss

Hi,

Ever since this Monday I have had a lot of packet loss and outages and my internet is completely unusable.

My hub is doing either of the below throughout the day:
- Slow blinking white
- Blinking Blue
- Blinking Red
- Blinking Green (Rarely)

It's mostly slow blinking white or blinking blue like 90% of the time.

I'm waiting on a scheduled fault appointment this Thursday if that's what you mean.
But I don't really know how much they'll be able to help, I'm already on my 2nd install of a new hub as it is.

This seems to have started around the same time as the outage for easter that's been plastered all over the UK news.

There was a "Local Fault" auto message on the phone - Although that has supposedly since been fixed as of around 9:40am today.
Though my situation hasn't improved at all.

I wouldn't mind if you were able to investigate on my behalf and find out what's going on I've been unable to use my internet like 90% of the time since last Wednesday.

You have similar RxMER values to mine before a tech replaced the cabling that went through my wall to the port in the house.

Could be a sign that the cable has degraded.
