Internet connection

Last week I lost all internet & tv connection.

Yesterday Virgin came and found a corroded terminal in the box at the end of the street. They changed it  (I was not here, a friend was) and basically got the main tv going.

However internet connection has still not been my 2nd tv is not allowing on demand or catch up as it had a wifi connection...and I still cannot access the net on my new laptop. 

I phoned Virgin...last night and tonight....

Last night I didn't get to speak to anybody before call went dead...just the AI instructions...tonight I was talking to Delhi...and again cut off...

All I want is help.

You need to keep phoning customer services, VM staff can take up to a week to get to your post. 

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal
