Last week I lost all internet & tv connection.
Yesterday Virgin came and found a corroded terminal in the box at the end of the street. They changed it (I was not here, a friend was) and basically got the main tv going.
However internet connection has still not been restored..so my 2nd tv is not allowing on demand or catch up as it had a wifi connection...and I still cannot access the net on my new laptop.
I phoned Virgin...last night and tonight....
Last night I didn't get to speak to anybody before call went dead...just the AI instructions...tonight I was talking to Delhi...and again cut off...
All I want is help.

You need to keep phoning customer services, VM staff can take up to a week to get to your post.
