Internet connection keeps cutting off

Hi There,

Just a quick one to check why my connection keeps dropping literally every other hour, every day and its absolutely annoying having to shut down and restart for it to resolve. 

Working from home, this is causing loads of issues and would really like to fix this issue long term.

WiFi or ethernet (or both)?

Think its Wi-fi as it's not a wired connection to devices using the internet. Thanks

You'll need to check if wired goes down too to be honest!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your connection at the moment, I have been able to look into the and cannot see anything that would be causing the issues you're describing.

 

As @lotharmat suggested, please can you try this via a wired connection and let us know if that is the same.
