Internet connection issue

Hello I recently change the house and done the Quick set up everything is been done how the video show I connect to the wife but the internet connection missing when I log in to the router (HUB 3 ) 

it says wife Green

Internet (Access Denied) in red  trying to call virgin media from 4 days and no one picking up ....

Is the white coax cable connected correctly at both ends?

yes The Red one gone on box on the wall and black end in the Hub check the connection couple times looks ok to me
