I have been getting intermittent dropouts on my broadband connection, and this has been happening more often as the days go on.
I have only had virgin for a month, if that, so disappointed to have these sort of issues so soon.
My superhub is in modem mode, and connected to a third party router. The connection is definitely dropping on the hub as I have tested ethernet connections when the broadband goes down.
The logs on the modem at the time of the connection dropping can be seen below.
Any help would be appreciated, having been refused help from the online chat due to using a third party router and told I should contact gadget rescue team! The advisor refused to look at the logs I sent as my hub is not in router mode. I am pretty certain there is an issue with the line based on the logs. While not a networking expert, I do have basic knowledge as I am a software developer.
Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately as soon as I mentioned I was in modem mode, they became disinterested.
The upstream log is below, everything is set to zero, I have an inkling the hub resets itself at some point after the connection drops as there is a moment where I cannot connect to the ip (192.168.100.1)
