Internet buffering multiple times daily

When it's on, it's great, but my Internet keeps buffering multiple times daily and causes a loss of connection for a minute of so. This is becoming unworkable as my wife and I are working from home and this issue is resulting in disconnected phone calls and meetings mid sentence. 

Is there anything we can do to improve this or reduce the frequency?

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode. Log in, select the 'Advanced settings / Tools / Network status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

Create a BQM and post the live link.

HUB stats don't look too bad at all, upstream power levels a touch low, but still 'reasonable'.

This is good and bad as it could mean congestion in your area.

Could you make sure you create the BQM, as requested above, and we can check for this, and your line quality.
