Internet has dropped out this evening for me. Anyone else…? It’s really disappointing when this happens yet there’s no bill adjustments at the end of the month.
Virginmedia will only compensate after 2 full days of no service i.e. if you internet drops on Monday at 10am, you will be paid for loss of service from Thursday until it is fixed have a look at https://www.virginmedia.com/help/automatic-compensation
Compensation is normally credited after the fault is fixed.
