Internet access denied

Hi, 

When logging onto hub, status overview is telling me Internet "acces denied".

  • Internet light flashing green, both wireless and power light solid green. 
  • Checked cables and reset router several times. 
  • Started yesterday at 11:45.
  • No regional outages reported and neighbour's virgin connection ok. 

Tried several tests via my media and called service desk but as of yet not spoken to anyone nor got option to book an engineer. What do I do next?

Assuming your bills are all up to date, you need to call customer service and find out why your modem has been deactivated

Hi. Thanks. I did eventually get through to someone. First question was if I'd had an rpblock card. Which I haven't. Plus we were in for several hours around when it happened. Second is broken router, so they are sending a new one and I guess we'll see.
