Internet access denied on website

When connected to my broadband I cannot access random webpages but if I revert to my mobile data I can access the websites???  Please can someone fix this problem.  I tried calling the helpdesk, spent 50 minutes on the phone but still cannot resolve the issue

We have a VM Hub in Router mode with Child Safe DISABLED and Virus Safe ENABLED.

I just clicked through all of the links above and every one works and displays the firm's web site.

That style of error messages we have not seen returned from commercial websites when using Firefox / Edge or Chrome.

Do you have some kind of complex security suite and / or perhaps a double firewall situation on your computer that is at the root of this problem ?
