I have been having a very troublesome time with my Virgin broadband, I have called customer services numerous times but have been palmed off consistently - told it would be escalated and nothing happens.
I am hoping someone in the forum can support. I have to use personal hotspot when working from home as the internet is totally unreliable. I've stopped playing my PS5 due to the staggering ping issues when playing online, into the many hundreds.
I am at my wits end here. I started monitoring on the link below, but struggling to interpret the data. Can anyone help?
