Internet Speeds

Upgraded to the Gig Fibre, and setup the Hub 4 today, but my speeds are still siting at 600mbps, which was my previous package, i have a GIG Ethernet card and connected directly using Cat 6 cable.

What does the hub show as the provisioned speed package?

Go to the admin page (192.168.0.1), click Router Status below the login box and click the Configuration tab and paste back the data in there

You're still on the old 600Mbps package 🙂

You'll need to call up and ask them to push the correct speed config out to you.

When did you upgrade as well?

I upgraded on Friday but my Hub 4 only arrived today and was only activated today? i suppose it can take 24 hours for the new config to arrive?

Possibly - leave it on for a while because it will likely need to do firmware updates as well for the hub.

Maybe give it a bounce in an hour or two and see if it then pulls the profile down.

If not you'll need to call in.
