Internet Ports UDP 500 & 4500

I order to work from home and access a VPN I need access to UDP ports 500 and 4500. Does anyone know if this is an issue with Virgin Media and will I need to request it?

You will find out as it might not work in router mode but should work in modem mode.

I still need to be able to use multiple devices and WiFi, so I assume Modem mode is no good for me. Is there another way?

Get your own router and run the hub in modem mode.
