I have been experiencing terrible service with dropouts all the time (I am not sure if the Internet (Partial Service (DS Only) has anything to do with it) the kids always saying their devices have no internet and if I am honest I am not happy. I have seen that I am not the only one who has this issue and i will post the relevant information and I hope someone can help me please.

Sorry to hear that you have been having connections issues with your broadband. I've run some remote diagnostics on your connections, and it does indicate that you are currently being affected by a local area fault ref#C01193264 and we are working to get this sorted as quickly as possible. Hey Corey, I received a text message to say that the area fault had been rectified but I’m still experiencing constant dropouts and really slow connection when it is connected for the short time it is connected.
