My internet on my computer has became extremely slow, to the point where I cannot even conduct a speed test because of how slow it actually is. On my phone, it doesn’t appear to be an issue, but like I said it’s horrible.

Just before the issues arisen, my internet cable/virgin cable was accidentally unplugged, which stopped the internet entirely, and I got a virgin guy to come and fix it, and since then the internet has been much slower.

Any solutions?

If on your mobile phone via Wi-Fi internet is still good - focus on your computer.

Start by re-booting it to clear network issues. Do exactly this :    Shutdown or sign out >>> Restart

Sorry to hear of the issues with the speed of the service on your computer.

Are you possibly able to confirm if you've followed the advice offered to you?

If this hasn't been successful, can you confirm if this issue is also apparent on other devices?
