hi there, my internet was working perfectly fine this morning (wednesday) but then just cut off and hasnt come back on.
ive called and raised this with virgin and was told they would call me back within 4 hours but they never did.
ive done the usual stuff like turn off etc. they say but still no luck. the hub just flashes white, like on then off repeatedly when you restart it (breathing effect). no phone connection either.
im 100% sure i need an engineer booking ASAP, i work from home permanently and as its down i cant work now.
is it possible for a staff member to have a look at this for me please, im not sure if there is an outage in my area, they said on the phone no but not sure.
