Thank you for reaching back out to us, sorry to hear your connection is intermittent, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot find any issues other than a possible WIFI issue, I can see you have our Pods, please try relocating them, you can find out more around our WIFI Max here.
You will find more information around setting the pods up, please also check all your internal connections are hand tight.

I have taken a look from our side and I can see there is a short term connectivity issues which is expected to last for 24 hours.

Thanks for coming back to us jSahota and I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with your connection. I have looked into your individual connection and in your local area but couldn't find any issues. Have you seen any improvements with your connection, since you last posted?

Checking things this end, I can see a number of disconnections ere recorded on Tuesday and Wednesday but none were recorded yesterday and all is looking good for today so far. Can you confirm things have indeed improved for you?
Your downstream power levels and close to being too low so if you're still having an issue, we'll need to get another engineer out.
