Internet Cuts Out - No Ranging Response Received - t3 Time out.

Hi,

 

My internet cuts out periodically and it is very irritating. I have researched the forums and see this is not uncommon.

I do not know how to interpret this data.  Is this usual data ? Is there anything I can do to fix it or is an Engineer Visit required ?

To date, I have tried disconnecting everything and reconnecting later on, this has not fixed the issue,

One of your upstream channels is out of sync and shows a large number of T3 errors.

When was the hub last rebooted?

Thank you for your prompt response. 

I fully rebooted the hub on Friday..  I have done this several times over the past few weeks.
