Thanks Gary. Connection to internet keeps dropping even when in same room as router. Been like that over last 3 months. Got to the point where we bought mifi to plug gaps left by a bloody expensive VM offer

over and above not getting what we pay for the customer service is shocking to the point where it discourages engagement. I was dreading my VM customer service journey! And it was a long one. 8 hours plus!

Wi-Fi speeds and connectivity isn’t guaranteed and isn’t what you pay for.

If a wired connection isn’t dropping you need to either optimise the Wi-Fi as best you can with the hub or get your own better router or mesh system.
