Internet (Access denied) after today’s outage

I’ve checked some other threads but can’t find an actual solution. I’m in modem mode. Can anyone please help? No engineer available until 3 November.

What outage? Call 0800 561 0061 to see if there are "known outages".

What Hub model is it? What are the lights on it "indicating"?

Thanks for your reply. From what I can gather, it’s like other people’s issues. Hub 3.0, green bar solid, green internet light flashing. Ranged Upstream Channel = Update in progress.

I’m on the Wirral. Outage at 1pm, acknowledged on service status page. Text at 4pm to say all fixed but nothing fixed for me.

What does 0800 report?

If nothing shows there call it in and see what they say when they look at your connection.

Hmm, okay. 0800 says they’re still working on it even though status page and text message say A-ok. I guess I’ll just have to wait. Thanks for your help.

The "Area" page sometimes doesnt report it if its only affecting a small number of customers - say on just one street cabinet for example.
