Internet Access Denied / Network Access Blocked

Hi - have a 3.0 hub and for the past 4 days have lost Internet access.  Hub status shows 'Internet Access Denied'.  Device info shows network access blocked.

Endless calls with support and trying all options (reboots, resets, re-activation, changed to modem mode and back etc) have failed to help.  No known service issues in area.  Anyone else had a similar problem and managed to get it fixed?

Which lights on the Hub are illuminated or flashing ?

Solid white light at base of hub - no lights flashing.

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.
