Intermittent wifi

All my devices seem to loose WiFi signal and the hub doesn't look any different untill the green WiFi symbol flashes and the devices start to get signal again. Twice I've phoned and both times done all they ask. Both times they told me they'd put a monitor on it, but this time I asked what that means, does it show all the times I've lost Internet? She told me "no the monitoring is done your end, you write down when you have problems" I couldn't believe what she was telling me. So I tried twitter, and was told about some BQM thing. I googled it and signed up to a broadband monitor site and I'm no tech person but I can't see any drops in Internet so I can only assume its the hub.BBut I just don't kno anymore. I can't watch apple TV or Netflix. I can't play online.

While writing this essay it's happened twice

Please send help

Can see no issue with the BQM does the same problems also happen on wired ?

I've plugged my gaming laptop via ethernet and I'm getting 20fps or less

Then you need to look at optimising the Wi-Fi or putting the hub into modem mode with your own better equipment attached
