I rebooted the hub twice yesterday, and once today. 

 

I have sucessfully created the monitor, i will update you on a few hours with information it shows. Thank you very much for your help!

Most of your Downstream Power Levels are far too low.

You only have 2 Upstream Channels, we would expect to see 4 and the Power Levels on those 2 channels are far too high.

You will need an engineer visit to put things back into spec.
