Intermittent wifi Signal since Engineer Visit

Hi Virgin Media Support,

We recently had a engineer out to reattach a broken external virgin box outside the house as the wires were exposed to the weather. The box was only reattached with a zip tie and still exposed to the weather - as we were expecting for the box to replaced or re-attached to the wall.

Since the engineer has come out - we have intermittent wifi signal and keeps dropping during important work calls and leading to disconnection of the video calls we are hosting.

What can we do to fix this problem as it's becoming frustrating especially working from home.

how is the wired connection? the cable connection has nothing to do with the wifi connection.
If its just the wifi its not related and advice will be different.

Please test wired

The wired connection drops too as the VM box drops all internet signals to my devices.

Also I'm not happy the virgin box was only reattached with a single zip tie into the wall.
