Hi Virgin Media Support,
We recently had a engineer out to reattach a broken external virgin box outside the house as the wires were exposed to the weather. The box was only reattached with a zip tie and still exposed to the weather - as we were expecting for the box to replaced or re-attached to the wall.
Since the engineer has come out - we have intermittent wifi signal and keeps dropping during important work calls and leading to disconnection of the video calls we are hosting.
What can we do to fix this problem as it's becoming frustrating especially working from home.
