Intermittent service

Hello, I have intermittent broadband connection at the moment.

The 'check service status' doesn't work. It says 'Oops, something is broken'. I can't login the my.virginmedia area because it says my details are incorrect, but I have used them before so I know they are correct.

So I can't login to access support, I can't check my area status, and I can't use the internet.

Please help.

All of a sudden the account details now work and I can sign in. Must be tech issues at the server end.

Well I spoke to soon. It gave me a pop up saying I've signed in for the first time, then logged me out and the details are no longer valid :sob:
