I was wondering if any one here could help me. It never says there is a fault in the area on the status section but when a I phone to see whats happening the people on the other end of the phone tell me there is a know issue in the area (WS10 8NX) and the day its supposed to be fixed keeps getting pushed back.
We have been experiencing intermittent service for a few weeks now. Download speeds are generally fine for the most part, sometimes it goes down but most of the times I do a speed check on speedtest and thinkbroadband via ethernet the speed seems ok. What is a huge pain in the backside though is the packet loss. Its making online game a pain and I'm sick of hearing my brother moan about it.
