Intermittent loss of WiFi

Hi, We keep loosing WiFi signal to all devices and the green WiFi symbol flashes on our hub3.0. Have called 150 and made no progress. Have had email to say our WiFi has been upgraded - if anything it is worse! All devices disconnect at the same time, but any ethernet cable connected devices are all OK. Used to be once or twice in the afternoon, now mutliple times a day. Hub as been restarted many times, as well as many factory resets (last time was Saturday). Any ideas? - feels like our hub is slowly dieing!

Re: Intermittent loss of WiFi

Your downstream power levels are too high - you'll likely need an engineer visit to resolve

Re: Intermittent loss of WiFi

I have exactly the same issue, multiple drops at same time of day (afternoon). Rebooted multiple times.
Issues have been since the ‘upgrade’. Lasts for approx 5mins with green WiFi symbol lit up.
really annoying.

Re: Intermittent loss of WiFi

So how do you get the 150 help desk to realise this? They keep telling me to reboot my hub.

Tell them that, or, start your own thread on here for assistance posting the levels required so they can be looked at.

Re: Intermittent loss of WiFi

My dBmV are between -1 and 0.2 so no where near the other post in this thread values.

So it's not "exactly the same issue" then as your first post pertains to.

Please start your own thread for assistance with your issues.
