iThe BQM is irrelevant if you're on a wired or Wifi connection as it uses your public IP

Can you log in to the Hub Settings and set your Firewall to the same as below ...

Try a different internet supplier !
2 engineers, 2 different boxes, sat too close, sat too far, only thing I haven't tried so far is standing on my head while whistling the Enigma Variations !!

I joined this forum to help try and get some answers " go to another supplier" is not help full.

 

Can anyone actually help or am I wasting my time here....
