Intermittent internet - ongoing for months


We had an engineer out on 13/10 - he changed the splitter but the internet has been 100% worse since.
This has been ongoing for months now and is proving extremely difficult to work from home.

We received an email on 22/09 saying you were investigating our speeds- it has now been 30 days and have heard nothing? our internet has been up and down every single say since this.


Please can someone help? your phone services are dreadful!

Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hubs admin pages
