Have been experiencing frequent dropout in the PE2 area for sometime now which includes being cut off on the phone mid-conversation, recorded message states Virgin are updating the network and people in the postcode area will get disruption.What exactly are you doing and when will it be resolved?

Have you received a letter from us yet detailing the network updates we are completing with an estimated fix time?
