Intermittent hub 2 WiFi

Constantly rebooting, won’t reach upstairs. Similar to others on here. The family switch to mobile data constantly whilst we pay for M100 broadband.

Try a pinhole reset of the Hub first and see if that settles it.

Is it just over wifi connections or do you have the same problems on an ethernet cable connected device at the same time.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks for replying. It’s WiFi only.

Do factory resets work? I’ve read on here it makes no difference.

But have you tested it on ethernet cable ? That will give a clue as to whether your issue is a VM network connection one - or just a wifi only one.

You say "constantly rebooting" a reset may cure that - or may not.
