Intermittent dropouts London N16

Hi,

Switched to virgin early this year. I'm on the 500Mbps package.  Since then I've been getting increasingly intermittent dropouts area reference 15.  When it happens I notice I can ping the router ok but can't ping externally.  Then when it returns I might be able to ping externally but can see some timeouts.  Would it be possible to see how this looks?  I'm getting a 'No Ranging Response received - T3 time out' when I check the log

Hi,

Just to update got through to support pretty quickly this morning and the lady spotted something on her end.  An engineer is scheduled for tomorrow which seems positive.

Interested if anyone sees anything from the logs.
