Intermittent connectivity problems

Hi,

Occasionally getting drops in connection meaning I need to reset my router.

Looking through the logs I am getting a number of 'No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out' messages. Reading through other posts, it looks like the downstream power levels look on the low side?

Here are the stats from my router logs:

Please can anyone advise if the power levels are the issue?

Thanks!

Re: Intermittent connectivity problems

You are correct downstream power levels are far too low.  I'll flag that for the forum staff to advise on, but be prepared that they're very busy at the moment so response may take a while (unless luck is on your side).

Re: Intermittent connectivity problems

Hi honker,

Thanks for posting and welcome to our community 🙂

I'm sorry to see you're having some issues with the connection.

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, I can see the hub is having some prolonged signal level issues, this is something I'll need to arrange a technician for.

You can view the time and date of your appointment here

Re: Intermittent connectivity problems

Thanks for getting back so quickly! I can't see anything under 'My Orders', will it take 24 hrs to show?
