So, the BQM doesn't look *too* bad - certainly some spikes during peak times, but it shouldn't be causing massive issues.. it also doesn't show lots of drops during the day..
Are the dropouts only occurring on wifi devices? Are you able to test with a device that is connected to the hub via an ethernet cable? See if the wired connection drops at the same time as the wifi connections...
