Intermittent connection

Every day, withoout fail, our broadband drops for a few minutes, multiple times a day. Frustrating when on work calls. It drops for all devices, regardless of if they are near the wifi router or not - including devices wired directly to router e.g smart TV. No service issues in area. Walk through guide on webite has not helped. Any ideas?

So, the BQM doesn't look *too* bad - certainly some spikes during peak times, but it shouldn't be causing massive issues.. it also doesn't show lots of drops during the day..

Are the dropouts only occurring on wifi devices? Are you able to test with a device that is connected to the hub via an ethernet cable? See if the wired connection drops at the same time as the wifi connections...
