Intermittent connection

Had a intermittent connection since yesterday afternoon (Thursday 22 October) - I should get 200+ but get only between 6 to 40 - is there a problem on VM?

post some info

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

are you seeing slow speeds on both wired and wireless connections

Both, wired varies between 40 & 223 and wireless is not going above 10. I was wondering more is there a outage on VM; the same happened last Sunday afternoon for a few hours also...

there may be a local problem - you can ring and see if there is anything known - Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level

post the info as asked that will say if its anything on your input thats wrong

All back to normal as of 11am today (Friday 23 October) - must have been a outage somewhere in area 15
