Having issues with internet. Have to often reboot modem to 'fix' connection, and when its fixed I only get 80Mbps up out of 200Mbps(used to be 160Mbps but apparently I got an upgrade?). The upload seems fine. Here's the BQM graph and logs:
Your Hub stats look ok but the logs dont. can you set up a BQM as per below then we can compare the BQM over the same 24h period as the Logs.
You have the SH2 (same as me) have you considered the free upgrade to the Hub3 - it "might" help as it uses more downstream channels to connect - but not if there is fault on the network connection of course.
A pinhole reset of the Hub "might" help but will clear any settings you put in and revert the SSID's and 2 passwords to those on its base sticker - so make sure the sticker still there and legible first ! ---- Set up a free “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any true network dropouts - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM - note it will take a few hours to start seeing a sensible picture - post up the “link” (as per instructions on the TB website) when you have the first 24h period.
