Intermittent connection

Having issues in Wolverhampton with intermittent connection. 

Approx 1:15pm, 5:15pm & 7:20pm - no internet access or able to make calls.

Also on VM broadband - lost connection on laptop. 

Anyone else having these issues?

There’s a national outage at the moment that is likely affecting device connectivity at present

I have since noticed that this issue happens every other hour at approx quarter past. Today is the first day I have had continuous issues.

1:15pm

5:15pm

7:15pm

9:15pm

and 11:15pm

 

very frustrating when you rely on the network when working from home!

Yeah mine too since 5pm today literally every hour. I am actually customer for only 7 days and considering cancelling off the whole thing. I was sold by high speed but never thought on checking interruptions.

insa80 I'm experiencing the same problems but from what I've read so far today this problem is not specific to Virgin Media and various ISPs in the UK and Ireland have been affected by it. If I were you I'd hold off from cancelling until we have more information on what the problem actually is.
