Intermittent connection since Christmas.

Ever since Christmas my connection has been dropping every 5 hours or so and I need to reboot the hub. I’m trying to book an engineer but can’t seem to get through the automated process to get to that point. Nothing about my set up has changed to cause this. What are my options?

Both. I the the modem itself that’s losing connection not my devices to it. Tried factory reset and unplugging and replugging all the cables
