Intermittent connection issue

Hi

Currently experiencing intermittent connection issues (wifi and wired), connection drops almost as if router reboots itself.  Wifi will become visible again after about 30 seconds.

Here is router logs as I've seen in other posts.

It can be yes.

Anyway your upstream levels are too high and you’ll need an engineer

The 5 to 7 days isn't fixed in stone and it seems to be timed from the last time the OP posted.

Your connection / Hub will not improve until VM have done their stuff.

I'd love too, but after being on online chat for 4 hours, to then be told to ring the call center which then said "we're too busy to take your call, please call back tomorrow" it's a little difficult.

I will keep trying I guess
