Intermittent connection high packetloss and wifi and wired dropout

What does it take to get in touch with someone around here the phone que goes on so long it disconnects and that if you can tolerate that hold music that long. And there now way to get ththrough online.. I just wana know what going on.. why do I clearly have a fault but none of the diagnostics say I do... at this point am about ready to just cancel my service..... if I could get through to someone.. overpaying for this rubbish anyway

Some stats would help. Post the network, upstream and downstream logs from the hub admin pages

Not much else to day but for 2 days its been anything from the packet loss stopping all but Web browser from working to total wireless and wired connection loss.. even though the hub has been sat there with the light on like nothing is wrong.. oh and also

Days and days still can't get intouch with anyone at virgin its a joke

You say that but have you tried?.. you just sit in a que for over an hour with the most painful hold music in the world then just get cut off.. 

No bother finally after days got through on line and am getting this nonsense cancelled so the problem is a bit irrelevant now
