I have consistently had intermittent broadband or wifi issues with virgin for many years. It became a real problem in 2020 and an engineer visited adding wifi boosters which I ethernet into for work and it was a lot better - but not perfect. The rest of the family have issues with wifi dropping occasionally.
Since yesterday afternoon, around 2pm, we have all had issues with broadband dropping every few minutes. Working and schooling from home has become impossible, even for me with ethernet. We are all toggled to 4G to attempt to get through the day.
I have done all the required maintenance, re-boot etc of hub and wifi boosters but no resolution. Help!
