Re: Intermittent broadband

Are your connections on ethernet cable connected devices suffering the same problems, or is it just wifi ones?

Re: Intermittent broadband

Do they all drop at the same time or is it sporadic?

Re: Intermittent broadband

WiFi speeds and connectivity aren’t guaranteed.

If you have WiFi issues then you need to look at optimising your WiFi usually by getting your own better router or mesh system.

Re: Intermittent broadband

Hi BB1978,

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

Very sorry you've been having some Wi-Fi issues and for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual.

I have had a look at the back end of things and can see some errors, but also that the hub has been up for quite some time.

Would you be able to reboot the hub for me, ensuring it's in the upright position and in an open space and then let me know so I can run the checks again?

Let me know when this has been done.
