Intermittent broadband

Since I took delivery of my new hub two weeks ago I keep getting 'You are not connected' messages with 'and the web isn't the same without you'. The wifi works fine for my phone and tablet but my main computer isn't 'microcast' enabled (didn't know that when I bought it).

Any suggestions as it happens frequently and most time it fixes itself.

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow warning click Post again.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

192.168.100.1 refused to connect.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

That is the IP for Modem Mode  but having Wi-Fi tells me you aren't in Modem Mode.

You need IP Address 192.168.0.1

Thanks again for your help.

I understand 'miracast not supported' is Microsoft stating my computer (an HP) does not support WiFi. However, my tablet and phone are connected.

When I enter 192.168.0.1

It takes me to the Virgin Hub site and ask for my password. 

I've done all the Virgin diagnostic test and am told there isn't an issue.
