My internet connection keeps dropping out. I've been complaining about this for over a year. I cannot get through to your customer service on the phone and it seems virtually impossible to book an engineer using your website (when I actually have internet !) I am an essential working trying to work from home and need to discuss this with an engineer urgently. Can you book an engineer?
Have your tried using a Wired Cable to see if the issue is from VM to your SH.
If VM to the SH is good. Then a number of things can cause WIFI issues.
1) The SH
2) The WiFI Band (ie 2.4GHz or 5GHz)
3) The placement of the SH, (say behind a TV is a no no)
4) The Device conncted to WIFI (ie Laptop / Mobile Phone)
5) Intererence from a Neighbours WIFI (use a WIFI scanner app on your mobile phone to check).
