Intermittent WiFi

My wifi has been dropping in and out for weeks now. It's become really disruptive with work and I have tried to fully reset the modem and contacted virgin media multiple times to no avail.

If anyone has any ideas or tips I would be really grateful.

It looks like my Pre RS errors are pretty big...

PostRS errors are horrendous.  Looks like noise ingress and will need an engineer to sort out.  In the meantime, reboot the Hub and keep an eye on the PostRS errors. If they rise quickly, it's a definite problem.  You can also check all the co-ax connections are tight, as loose ones can cause noise on the circuit.

Re: Intermittent WiFi

power on upstream is high - i believe 50 is the recommended max (someone else may be able to confirm...), and you're above that on all four channels.

post-rs errors are really high and. per previous comment, would imply some sort of noise on the line..

You can either call this in and hope that the call handler agrees that there's an issue, or you can wait around here for a few days for a forum staffer to comment - they can arrange an engineer for you if it's needed.. if you're going to do the latter, it would also be worth setting up a BQM - once set up, find the Live Graph and click "Create Sharing Link" - post that back here. It'll be one less thing to do when VM get to the post.. and the data will already be there.
